Politique d'expédition

We process online orders during regular shop hours and endeavour to send them out as quickly as possible. We currently ship Wednesdays. Your tracking number, which is activated as soon as your order is packed, may not begin tracking until it is picked up and registered in our shipper's system. 

We know how important it is to match dye lots and we realize that the yarns you are ordering may be intended for use together in a single project. If we are unable to fill your complete order, we will contact you by email to confirm your wishes.

Shipping is normally provided through Canada Post. For customers in Canada, we have a flat fee shipping rate of $15, and FREE shipping with a minimum order of $250*. And for customers in the contiguous US, we have a flat fee shipping rate of $17, and FREE shipping with a minimum order of $250*. If you have any special shipping requests, please include these in the notes on your order.

*FREE Shipping offer is available to Canadian provinces and the Contiguous United States. This offer excludes shipping of SALE items, weaving cones, looms and loom accessories, spinning wheels, and other select oversize or heavy items. 

We reserve the right to review shipping costs prior to finalizing your order. If there is a significant difference between the estimate given and the actual costs, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss shipping.

Large or heavy items, such as looms and wheels, must be ordered by phone or email as we will need to verify price, availability, delivery time and cost. These items often need to be ordered from our supplier and may possibly be drop shipped to you. We will provide you with all of this information prior to processing your order.

*Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we cannot guarantee shipping times. We are using alternative carriers to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

All international customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage fees, duty and taxes.
